FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

  1. From what age can children start?
Often from 3–4 years, depending on motor skills and motivation. We keep the first steps playful and age-appropriate.
  2. How quickly do children learn to ski?
Pace and progress depend on age, stamina, and conditions. We work in realistic stages and provide clear practice tips for home.
  3. Do we need our own equipment?
No. You don’t need to own gear. We’ll recommend the right sports shop for ski rental. (skis, ski boots, helmet, poles if needed).
  4. Which languages do you teach in?
Subject to availability: German, English, Portuguese, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Dutch.
  5. Can parents watch the kids during the lesson?
Yes. If your child feels more secure at the beginning, parents are welcome to stay nearby. However, we kindly recommend giving space after the first moments so that the instructor can build a direct connection with your child. This helps the little ones gain independence and confidence more quickly.

Yes. We also offer playful beginner lessons for snowboarding. Just let us know when booking, and we will organize the right instructor and equipment for your child.

The meeting point is always directly at the most convenient station of the chosen ski area – usually at the bottom or top station. If you require a different arrangement, please contact our office in advance, and we will be happy to assist.
  8. What happens in bad weather?
In case of storms or closed lifts, we’ll inform you about alternatives. Our Terms & Conditions apply (weather & cancellation policy).
  9. What should children bring?
