Telemark Private Lesson Davos Klosters

Telemark skiing has been experiencing a real renaissance for some time. More and more winter sports enthusiasts are being inspired by this fascinating variant of skiing. This versatile downhill skiing technique originally comes from Norway. The special thing about it: Unlike in alpine skiing, only the tips of the ski boots are fixed. The rider kneels over the mountain ski while lifting the heel of the back foot and pushing the downhill ski forward. As a result, telemark skiing appears soft and floating.

Let one of our trained telemark skiing instructors from Ride and Smile introduce you to this traditional technique. We will show you how you can implement the right swing and sequence of movements. You will also receive all the necessary tips on the right equipment.

Master the Correct Telemark Technique Right from the Start.

Telemark skiing is recommended for everyone who wants to expand their skiing horizons and experience the spirit of so-called “free heel skiing” for themselves. Anyone who already has experience in skiing or cross-country skiing can usually easily build on this prior knowledge and thus quickly make progress.

However, prior experience on skis is not a prerequisite for starting with telemark skiing. Trust our telemark instructors from Ride and Smile and create your way step by step to the right technique.
