Davos: Discover the Most Iconic Ski Slopes in Europe
Davos ski resort offers some of the highest – and also some of the most traditional – slopes in Europe. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted by a spectacular view over Lake Davos.
There are more than 320 km of ski slopes in the region. The area is divided by valley side into six ski resorts: Parsenn, Gotschna, Jakobshorn, Pischa, Madrisa and Rinerhorn. The Davos ski area ranges from around 1,560 meters up to 3,000 meters above sea level and includes 99 pistes in total, clearly graded by level of difficulty. This means everyone can enjoy the mountains, from beginners to advanced skiers.
The longest run in Davos is the Weissfluhgipfel–Küblis descent, classified for intermediate and advanced skiers. At around 12 km in length, it’s perfect for those who love long runs, speed and a bit of extra adrenaline on the snow.


The Davos Ski Area is between 1,560 meters to 3,000 meters high and has 99 slopes in total, separated to practice according to the level of difficulty. With this, the practice of sports can be done by all.
The largest slope in Davos is Weissfluhgipfel to Küblis, which is in the intermediary and advanced category is 12 km long and ideal for those who do not give up on the snow with daring stunts.
Madrisa (Klosters) – ideal for beginners & families
Madrisa sits above Klosters at 1,884 m and is one of the most family-friendly ski areas in the region. Get a compact overview on Madrisa – the family mountain. The valley station is easy to reach with the Klosters local bus; from Davos, take the train to Klosters Dorf and walk a few minutes.

Good to know: there’s night skiing on Tuesdays and Fridays until 21:00, and the ticket prices are very moderate. Arrival is easy via the Klosters local bus.
