E-bike Hut-to-Hut tour in the Grisons Alps 

Attention experienced e-bike fans: With the hut-to-hut tour in Graubünden, a real highlight awaits you! Experience breathtaking mountain landscapes and challenging trails and enjoy the beauty of the Swiss Alps!

We drive to three different destinations within three days – from Lenzerheide-Arosa via Davos Klosters to the Engadin. The bike tour is one of the best in Switzerland, both in terms of the landscape and the quality of the single trails and mountain huts on this route.

The tour is explicitly aimed at experienced and technically advanced bikers, as we are moving on trailsbetween levels S2 and S3, and 900 to 1500 altitude difference per day. Related to the depth meters, we are between 2500 and 3500 meters, mostly on single trails with level S2. Depending on the distance, we will also use the mountain railway and public transport for support. It is not a problem if you would like to accompany the group by bio bike.

3 days – 3 destinations

Day 1 – Lenzerheide to Arosa – Langwies

The first day starts in Lenzerheide. After a ride on the mountain railway, a single trail follows to Arosa and Langwies. One of the highlights on this route is the view from the summit of the extensive Alpine valley, as well as a seemingly never-ending flow trail.The luggage with toiletries and a change of clothes for the first day is taken on the bike. The luggage for the second day should also be packed so that it can be taken to the second day’s accommodation at the same time.

If you have time to arrive a day earlier, we recommend getting to know the “Bike Kingdom” of Lenzerheide. The largest contiguous bike area in Switzerland offers a variety of trails and tours.

 Day 2 – Arosa to Davos Klosters

On the second day, after a good breakfast, we continue to Davos Klosters, where we explore the most beautiful trails in the region. In addition to a tough climb, we also pass a panorama trail with a view over the Davos valley. After all you arrive at the Berghotel Schatzalp, a traditional manor house with a sun terrace.

Day 3 – Davos Klosters – Engadin

The end of the hut tour is the trip to the Engadin on the 3rd day. The program includes one alpine pass with sweeping descents. Finally, from Engadin we return to Lenzerheide by public transport.

By the way: The rooms in the accommodations can also be booked as single rooms for a surcharge.

What you need for the tour

• E-mountain bike in perfect condition with studded tires
• E-mountain bike Fully (front and rear suspension)
• Inner tube/chain lock/replacement brake pads
• Helmet and gloves are compulsory. We also recommend knee and elbow pads.
• Comfortable leisure clothing adapted to the weather and spare clothing as well as personal items
• Drinking bottle(s), snacks for in between
• Bike backpack for the most important items to stay overnight for 1st night
• Charger and keys for the e-bike
