Events & Concierge: Corporate Events and Groups in Davos Klosters

Who It Is For

A day on the mountain for twelve colleagues, an evening in a mountain restaurant for the whole team, a three-day retreat with skiing in the morning and workshops in the afternoon – every programme is built together with you. There is no catalogue price and no fixed package here. You tell us who is coming, when, and what the days should achieve. We build the schedule, book guides, equipment, huts and transfers, and send one invoice to your company at the end.

Companies, teams, clubs, family celebrations and groups of friends in Davos and Klosters. With our own team we look after groups of up to 50 people; larger groups on request. We work in German, Swiss German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Norwegian and Swedish – which counts when the team is international.

What We Organise

Ski day in groups by level. We split the group by ability: beginners practise with their own instructor on sheltered slopes, advanced skiers ride the big descents with their guide. Everyone meets again for lunch.

Night sledging on the Schatzalp. Up by funicular, down the floodlit run on traditional Davos wooden sledges – an evening programme that works for beginners too.

Group dinner with our partners in the Sertig valley. Fondue or Grisons cuisine at the Hotel Walserhuus or the Teufi. Which one we book is settled with the programme, depending on what suits the run of the day.

Snowshoe tour. A route chosen for the group and the day, from a quiet valley trail to a marked summit tour, with a guide. On request with an exercise along the way that gets the team communicating.

E-bike in summer. Guided tours on wide tracks into the side valleys, with e-bikes from partner shops in Davos and Klosters and a stop at a mountain restaurant – reservation included.

Guided hike. From valley paths to a mountain hut: distance and pace are set with you, so nobody is left behind.

How We Work

  1. You write to us – who is coming, when, how many, and what the day or days should deliver.
  2. We propose a schedule, thought in half-day blocks so work, sport and meals all have room, and tell you the price per person for it.
  3. We organise everything: guides and instructors from our team, rental at partner shops, table reservations, lift passes, transfers from your hotel. Lift passes and rental are not part of the price, and meals usually aren’t either – whether they go on the consolidated invoice or are paid directly is settled with you.
  4. One invoice to your company, no individual billing per participant.

Frequently Asked Questions

The earlier, the more choice of huts and dates – especially in high season. Smaller groups can often be arranged at shorter notice.

Then there is a parallel programme for those who prefer to stay off the piste – snowshoeing, sledging or a hike – and everyone meets for the meal.

We plan an alternative before the day arrives. What is safe on the mountain is decided by our guides on the day itself.
