Nordic Walking is a total body workout. Stretching exercises, strengthening exercises and diverse Nordic walking techniques are carried out with special Nordic walking sticks. Through proper Nordic walking improves the physical fitness and aerobic endurance (cardiovascular system). In addition, there is loss of weight. In addition to the legs, the upper body is strengthened by the targeted use of Nordic Walking poles. Joints are relieved and mobility in the shoulder and neck area increases.
